What Talent Vault Network does differently
TVN is a curated early-career hiring network. Instead of waiting for candidates to self-select into a job posting, it actively sources fresh graduates and interns through university job fairs, student organization partnerships, and campus events — drawing from priority schools including UP, Ateneo, DLSU, UST, Mapua, PUP, and more.
Every profile goes through a verification process before a member company ever sees it: verified contact details, a recorded AI interview, and optional skills tests for roles that need more proof.
