Enablement Seminar Series through the Capability Development committee of PSIA, the Enablement Seminar Series was born. The Series kicked of in September 2009 with Shore Up Your Business: Options for Technopreneurship, followed by To Hire & To Hold: Recruitment & Retention in ITO, and then Spot Me: Ideas for Global Market Positioning. In 2010, the theme was on Project Management. While in 2011, the PSIA focused on career development, technopreneurship and capital development. And with the overwhelming support from industry and high attendance rate, the PSIA will continue to offer the seminar series for members and non-members alike.
